passed away on October 14, 2011 after a year and a half battle with brain cancer. He worked from 1996 to 1998 at IBM in Boulder. (MBA '12) has joined The Vernon Company, Newton, Iowa as their Supplier Relations Manager.
(CIS ‘06) is finishing up an MBA in finance and business analytics at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and will graduate this spring. He recently accepted an offer for full-time employment as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte in Seattle within their Business Technology Practice. He will begin work in late August after getting married back home in Alaska to his sweetheart and best friend, Julie, in early July.
W. Stokley Donelson III
(MBA '05) quickly found new challenges and opportunities which led him to depart his employer of 16 years, Henkel Corporation, and continue his learning and deliver value in his new company. He is now Chief Executive Officer of Myers Holding Company, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee.
(Accounting '09) is the owner of Sheri's Tax Services LLC and is also employed at CSU as the Financial Officer for both the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Statistics. She opened Sheri's Tax Services LLC last year with the intention of slowly building her customer base. When she retires from CSU in a couple of years she will work full-time with her own business.
(MBA) recently joined RubinBrown, LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, as a partner in the firm's Corporate Finance and Forensic Services Group.
(Accounting '08) is currently a senior for the Tax Performance Advisory group at Ernst & Young. She implements sales tax software with ERPs, such as SAP, for Fortune 1000 and other large businesses.
(Accounting '01) has two children, ages 5 and 1. She had taken a step back in her career due to a layoff and the birth of her children, but intends to start her own business in accounting and auditing later this year. She will build the business as the children progress through school.
(Finance and Real Estate '05) was married to Kelly Solofra in September 2011 and is working in the commercial real estate investment arena in Denver, Colorado as a partner with the CBRE Retail Investment Group.

(Finance and Real Estate) was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in September 2011. He also received his MA in Economics and MS in Finance from the University of Colorado - Denver in December 2011.
(Marketing) is the author of ACT Like a Sales Pro, named a finalist for “Top Sales and Marketing Book of 2011” and featured on the cover of Ken Blanchard's Sales and Service Excellence Magazine in October 2011. The founder of Acting for Sales, she combined an award-winning sales career with her passion and experience as a professional actor to provide innovative tools for engaging customers using the secrets of the performer. She leads workshops and speaks to sales professionals across the country. Julie also teaches acting at the University of Denver's Oscher Lifelong Learning Institute and resides in Denver.
(MBA '99) After graduating from the University of Denver College of Law in 2002, Edson is now the department head of the Economic Crime Unit for the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office in Centennial, Colorado.

J. Patrick Bredehoft
('86) has been elected as partner in the Dallas office of the law firm of Thompson & Knight. He focuses on regulatory, compliance, administrative, and litigation-related health law matters. Mr. Bredehoft earned his law degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1992.
Dr. David A. Sigafoos
(BS '65, CERT '66) wrote My Friend's Footprints in the Snow, an inspirational true story about his snowmobile accident in the Colorado high country. Dave and his snowmobile broke into a pond at timberline at 20 below zero. Soaking wet and frozen, he survived his ordeal buried in a snow cave.
